About
Mission
As the human behind Get Your Shift Together Therapy, I’ve worked in schools, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice — and what’s stuck with me is this: people don’t need fixing, they need space to figure their sh*t out without feeling judged or rushed.
That’s the mission here — creating a space where you can show up as your full, imperfect self and be met with honesty, compassion, and the occasional well-timed curse word. Get Your Shift Together is about making therapy accessible, human, and actually useful — not a bunch of clinical jargon that doesn’t land. It’s for people who are tired of pretending they’re “fine” and want something real.
I mostly work with millennials and young adults who feel burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in “I should have this figured out by now.” Maybe you’re navigating ADHD, unpacking body image issues, substance use, or trying to reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve had to sideline.
Method
I use a trauma-informed, flexible approach that meets you where you are. My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing—modalities that help make sense of what’s going on internally and build meaningful, real-world change. We’ll focus on what actually works for you, not just what sounds clinical. Whether we’re identifying stuck patterns or exploring the parts of you that are still figuring things out, therapy will be collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your experience.
